The current medical and social environment demands change. As a team of design and medical professionals, we are endeavoring to do just that -- one building, one community, and one person at a time. Our goal is to systematically convert the world's buildings and communities into Blue Zones where individuals and communities thrive.
To do this, we are using the framework of the WELL Building Standard with an emphasis on social justice and community engagement. We have assembled a team of diverse experts in engineering, architecture, wellness, and financing to assist building owners and operators to upgrade their facilities to be the new standard for health and equality, but to do so in a way that makes economic sense.
Our teams of Architectural, Engineering, and Medical (AEM) experts bring their diverse experience in the design and renovation of new and existing structures to craft a WELL building solution across several disciplines:
Assess - We will conduct a high level evaluation of your facility and project goals. With this complete, we can then begin the discussion of what degree of resilience can be achieved and what costs are associated with it.
Plan - Determine your goal, whether it's to upgrade your building to weather a natural disaster, be a beacon of wellne

Plan - Determine your goal, whether it's to upgrade your building to weather a natural disaster, be a beacon of wellness during a pandemic, or to prepare your community for a zombie apocalypse as an arc that reconstitutes the human population through sustainable energy, water, and food production.
Design - With an initial assessment and a goal decided, we will then assist in securing financing for the hard and soft costs associated with the project. An integral part of this step is community engagement. No solution is elegant on its own; it must be adopted to be effective.
Implement - From this point, we will complete the detailed evaluation and design to implement the upgrades. We will manage the construction and will complete the necessary certification documents.
Operate - Once complete, we will provide commissioning services and training. We can provide additional operational services throughout the lifecycle of the facility.
